Understanding real healthcare workflow in India

This study is designed to better understand how healthcare work actually happens in Indian settings, where workflow friction occurs, and which kinds of improvements professionals consider useful.

We are interested in daily challenges around patient flow, waiting, documentation, appointment management, coordination between teams, communication, staffing, systems, and operational decision-making.

Participation is voluntary and responses are used for research analysis. This is not a clinical assessment or a test of medical knowledge.
